I went to the Verizon store with a sense of dread because my cell phone wasn’t working properly. The anxiety was caused by the prospect of having to navigate the technological bells and whistles to determine what model to purchase.

I am not a techie. I don’t have an Ipod or digital camera. I’ve had my same cell phone for a couple of years and have managed fine without a camera in it.

Much to my surprise, the features of my new phone are better! The numbers are bigger, the programming is easier and the blue tooth technology allows me to voice activate the phone. I’m actually excited about it!

How often do we view change with a feeling of dread? We get comfortable doing things in a certain way and don’t realize what else may be possible.

What if the change is actually better and makes your life easier in the long run? I invite you to consider this possibility the next time you are faced with a change. Can you hear me now?
