Last night as I watched Will Farrell present the Oscar for the best makeup in a film, it struck me how many facets there are to making a movie.
From the screenplay, cinematography and costumes to the actors, producers and directors, there are many people who create the project.
At the Academy Awards all the team members are recognized, not just the people on the screen or marquee.
What can you do to acknowledge all your team members? A thank you note, an e-card, public recognition, a day off, a gift certificate—these may not be Oscars, but they will be cherished just as much.
