As I watched my 80 year-old dad wave his arms in the air to the sound of Soul Stompers and jump off the ground at Jazz Fest, I smiled.  Age is truly just a number.

This thought was confirmed when we walked into the jazz tent.  A very elderly man with a hearing aid jumped up to second line with the band and other dancers.

Enthusiasm, curiosity and a zest for life keep us young.  A positive perspective and active engagement energize our soul. These ingredients are enough to make anyone jump and shout (and even second line)!
