The political candidates are spending millions of dollars on advertising to create a brand image. They are carefully crafting their messages and courting allies.

Our perceptions are based on their words, actions and the image they are creating. They are also a reflection of the negative dialogue from the competition.

Branding is as important for people as it is for products. As a leader it is valuable to know your brand.

  •  How are you perceived?
  • What three adjectives describe you?
  • Who are the allies who can promote your brand?

While we may not be running for election we do want to have a personal brand that leads to winning results.
