Summer ends today and fall begins tomorrow. It is a time for changes. Summer and its playful spirit transition to the coziness of autumn. We know winter will soon follow.

For many of us it feels like an ending. We are unable to do outdoor activities and the skies darken earlier.

For others it feels like a beginning. Football season starts, a new year begins in Judaism and the weather is invigorating.

The change of seasons is predictable. Every year we experience this transition. Other transitions are less expected such as losing a major client, a key employee or even your job.

We can view these things as an ending or a beginning. Our perspective impacts our attitudes and actions. You can choose your view. Just remember, every beginning is an end to a prior beginning.
