When we are in kindergarten we learn to read. The stories have simple sentences. They are not complex, run on paragraphs. The punctuation is clear.

We can learn a lesson from this simplicity. We can live in simple sentences. We can describe the past in simple sentences. We can stop telling stories with drama and as one long run-on sentence. The longer the story drags on, the more complicated and stressful it becomes.

By living in simple sentences it is easy to focus on what we desire now. We become clear on our present emotional state, not a voice from the past. We can also break projects into simple, actionable steps. We are able to go forward to create what we want.

By putting a period at the end of every situation, we can move on. When we create our Book of Life in simple sentences, we are creating a life that flows.

Create your dreams and goals with a kindergartener’s punctuation!
