I attended a yoga class last week. The instructor asked us to set our intention for the class. This struck me as profound.

How often do we step back and focus on our desired outcome or how we want to be in obtaining it? When was the last time you set an intention for the day, a meeting or a conversation?

By being conscious, proactive and making choices rather than reacting, we are a lot more likely to enjoy our desired outcome. What’s your intention?
