I saw a Leonardo da Vinci exhibit recently. He believed that we can see things in nature and apply them to the world in a new way with our own originality and creativity. Thus, there is no end to what we can invent.

When we look at a stream we see flow and movement. Perhaps a stone or two exists in the water but it continues to calmly move around it or over it.

We can bring this concept of flow to our daily lives. Instead of struggling and being uptight and rigid we can choose calm and peace.

Notice your body language. Loosen and relax your shoulders rather than folding your arms. Start smiling instead of frowning or grimacing. Breathe.

When we are in flow vs. struggle we feel calm and more peaceful. Nature is powerful. We can learn a lot from her and Leonardo.
