Last week I moved and packed up the contents and memories of 17 years. As any of you know who have gone through this process, it is an exercise in letting go.

We must let go of items we no longer use (ie- Nordic Trac), paths not taken and stuff that supported them (ie-specialty gardening tools) and past memories that have no place in a new situation (ie-binders from past jobs).

This tangible exercise can apply to each of us, regardless of our situation. Sometimes we hold on to beliefs and assumptions that no longer serve us, relationships that drain us and behaviors that sabotage us.

Letting go both physically and metaphorically can create space for new adventures and possibilities.
