I have been packing to relocate for the last several weeks and letting go of things. It has been a wonderful feeling go de-clutter and remove things that no longer serve me. It is liberating!

In this season of getting (especially this last week before Christmas) I invite you to consider the concept of letting go and how it can serve you.

  • Let go of expectations to be superman or superwoman.
  • Let go of the perfect holiday and embrace reality.
  • Let go of rituals that you no longer have time for or that stress you.
  • Let go of past behavior patterns, judgments or assumptions. Be open and present to now.
  • Let go of any self-doubt of not being enough, buying the right gift or wondering how you look for the party.

Letting go gives you freedom and an opportunity to embrace a new place. There is space for new things to come into your life.

So instead of focusing on getting, try letting go. You’ll be surprised at what you get!
