This week as we celebrate Christmas and Hanukkah, it is a good time to think about traditions and rituals.

These holidays have practices dating for thousands of years. You and your family probably have some that don’t go back quite as far. Nonetheless, they are equally important.

Our practices vary and our beliefs are different. By being respectful and open we can honor the diversity.

Ritual and traditions play an important role in our lives. They bring stability, familiarity and continuity. In these fast changing times, this is even more important.

If you or your organization are going through a change, what rituals do you want to carry forward? What new practices do you want to create to reflect the current situation?

Rituals are powerful. Use them to create an experience that you desire. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyous holiday season filled with magical experiences.
