Sitting on a grassy perch on the 15th hole at Bulle Rock, I had a wonderful view of Annika Sorenstam and her entourage come up the fairway. She looked like the Pied Piper with her followers behind her.
It struck me- What makes people follow you? Is it your talent, charisma, track record or their belief in you? Or is it fear or intimidation?
When people trust you and agree with your vision, they are likely to follow you (and for further than 18 holes).
