Customer Service Training


We can work with you and your team to customize and develop a customer service workshop.

We have designed several workshops focused on customer service that take into consideration the unique challenges associated with patient care. We teach people how to identify their internal clients, understand their needs and then exceed their expectations. We give our workshop attendees tools and methods that they can use in their day to day activities to create a positive customer service experience and grow relationships across the organization. Based on the “Disney Approach to Quality Service”, we address the cast, setting, and processes.
